I get over 200 emails a day. Most of them are advertising. I get the QVC special value notices and the ones from ShopNBC and many other retailers.
I have a spam folder that I check. I am fairly computer literate. My computer is not set up to block anyone by sender or by words.
I AM NOT GETTING ANY PROMOTIONAL EMAILS FROM HSN. If I buy something I get the email invoices. But no special value. I have called and called. Still no emails for promotion of sale items.
Does anyone have a clue what might be going on. On my end??? On theirs???? What might be going on?

I have never gotten an e mail from HSN for the specials

Your provider may be filtering it out as spam. Try adding hsn@email.hsn.com to your address book, it may help.
I checked the email address from my last email from them...

Hopefully adding the email address will help. However, we are talking about two different providers. I changed them off after 6 months to see if it made any difference.
I guess you can say.... I LOVE A GOOD MYSTERY... and this one is a puzzle to be solved. Do I really want the specials values... perhaps not... just want to figure this situation out.

My Google e-mail does that. I have to type in HSN or QVC or whatever I am looking for sometimes and then they ALL come up (from months ago).

I have signed in and have checked preferences. That is what is so strange. But I just did it again. If all else fails I might try the text message route. Perhaps that will work.
At this point I am just trying to solve a puzzle. I can certain tune in to find out information. But it is a challenge to make it right and or find out what is wrong.

I think I am on record for having "checked it out with them" for over a year. Seems that would be enough time. And I have tried just about everything including using an alternative email address. I guess as I said before... a good mystery... that "I just gotta solve," even if the result is not all that important.

Update. In my mail this morning..... email.... from HSN for special value. Awesome. I just don't know how they fixed it and perhaps will never know.
