I bought one in April, with 1200 minutes as part of the purchase.

Ive been unable to activate since beginning of May, either by Tracfone.com, or by phone.  The experience has been horrendous.  Today alone, Ive been on hold for almost 20 minutes, waited for call-backs for 30 minutes, only to be disconnected.  I have spoken to several people, but the final straw was today, still trying to activate this phone, when I was told by a Tracfone agent, they dont support technical help for the phones.  I should contact Samsung!!  Ive now written to Rick D via Facebook, and attempted to contact Corporate, with no success as yet.

customer service were very helpful, as always, but they could only give me another number to call. This was the tech support who told me to contact Samsung!!

This is a very unfortunate situation. An activation problem would be Tracfone's responsibly, but a problem with the phone itself would be Samsung.

You may want to go to Walmart and ask is this the right phone for your area.

You may want to check the warranty on this phone, and then contact Samsung by email.

My LG ultimate works well and does what I need , and I am lazy and didn't want to have to set up a new phone so I just bought a year of time and another 1200 min. Tracfone goofed up and sold it to me twice so when I called them back they took off the second charge and said I could keep the extra time so I have 2 year and more talk, text than I'll use in a lifetime. if my phone continues to work well for 2 more years I'm in tall cotton.
