Re: Computer issue

If you're using a VPN try using a different location in the VPN settings menu. Also try switching off the IPv6 in your computer network settings. That would apply to either wifi  or ethernet, whichever you're using.

If that doesn't help then just turn off the VPN altogether and use it only when necessary.

Using a VPN will affect access to many websites due to blocking features they use to identify you / cookies.  I use a VPN for work but wouldn't consider it for home just due to the access I want to sites and features.  If there's a reason you're using a VPN, the solution would be in the settings or as suggested, turning it off when not needed.

As for phones, tablets any time one can't access a site it's most likely because of updates to a website not matching up with the current update of the device.  I know some people like to wait to update a device when a new one comes out, but keeping updated is best.

I would venture that she doesn't know how.

To add an app to the taskbar on Windows 11, you can either: find the app in the Start menu, right-click on it, and select "Pin to taskbar," or you can open the app, right-click on its icon in the taskbar, and select "Pin to taskbar"; you can also drag and drop a desktop shortcut onto the taskbar to pin it.
