I need this information concerning music.
There is a playlist of cover songs from the stalker series on Spotify, which made me want to try it a year ago (free version)
However, buying CDs on A would be preferable for our use... IDK... I'm confused about which to set up?

Use the free version of Spotify and the paid version of Amazon Music Unlimited. I have Amazon Prime many of the CDs I've purchased from Amazon over the years are already there for me to play without the discounted Music Unlimited fee. The bonus with that is many of those CDs I bought for someone else as a gift, and now I get to listen to them, too.

not sure exactly what you are looking to do @LTT1 play specific music or just stream different types of music.

Me too, just started the paid subscription. I will say that I occasionally use Spotify when I want to hear a particular album or create a playlist.

Thank you all... we have our digital stuff pretty well figured out except for music ... I will be interested to know how anybody else handles listening to various songs throughout the house, preferably by incorporating their speaker system and iPad/smart phone.
Do have to choose? Well, for one thing we have all of our favorite music on iTunes and have not listened to it.
We wouldn't listen to music with headphones on. So I suppose I'm wanting to know how to play those songs with really great sound (such as a speaker system?)
Also, we often access songs found on YouTube
these are often remakes of favorites. Does anyone get really good sound quality from YouTube?
I just purchased a Trisha Yearwood CD for DH... will look to see if I could actually listen to it on Amazon?

add the CD to iTunes then play your itunes through a bluetooth speaker.
I listen to either google music or pandora now as well as the music from my itunes library that is mainly from my own CDs

This is an old article about buying some CD on Amazon, and getting a free MP3. http://www.computerworld.com/article/2474092/smartphones/amazon-s-autorip-service----the-real-apple-...
When you buy MP3's from Amazon they are stored in your online music account. You can play the music with a "web Player" or an app for an iDevice or Android. Customers using Amazon's PC software are reporting problems. The web player is the best work around.
