The boots were purchased almost four months ago.  There is no price guarantee with a TSV.  The advantage of buying a TSV is you get your pick of colors, sizes and get a little price break.

  I would call customer service back & ask to speak to a manager!! If that doesn't work I would request a call back from corporate.I did that once on another issue!!

In the interest of fairness, if they are going to give her the price adjustment; the Moderator should share that information with all of us so that everyone can be treated fairly.  Just saying....

I don't remember if it was QVC or one of the other 2 shopping channels that I watch but I have heard that statement being made that the price would not be lower for a TSV item for a specific length of time (6 months).  Hmmm....so I guess that may not have been a true statement although it was said by vaious hosts.  Go figure.

@ @chrystaltree I think you make a very good point.All customers should have the same considerations and allowances....not just the ones that speak loudly.
