@Kachina624  I think shes saying when she spoke w/QVC to let them know the problem they told her it doesnt show in her account that shes received the item.  So until its updated in her account to show she did receive it unfortunately they cant do anything.

@colleena If it doesn't show shipped, she was never charged for it. If it does show shipped, there shouldn't be any question. If they insist she didn't receive it, then a refund is in order.

Unless the food product was damaged, I would not ask for a refund because I didn't like the taste.

Scones need glaze. When I've made scones, I've always drizzled a glaze on them. When I've purchased scones, I add a drizzled glaze on them.
