For the third time in the last 3months I received an item different from the one i ordered. The second time this happened, the item I originally ordered had been sold out! Today I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told no one was available. I'm getting disgusted having to return items I never ordered. Lately I've been shopping online at Chicos and Chicos on the Rack. When they have sales, prices are goof. There is great variety and good quality. Sorry to say, because I am a longtime QVC customer, but I'm shopping where there are perks like loyalty discounts and special offers every week!

That is odd to have three incorrect items in three months. I have ordered thousand's+ items in all my years with QVC. Only twice did that happen and QVC was always helpful and did all that was possible. If the correct item isn't available there really isn't anything they can do. However, they do the best they can.

 

With that said, I do think they should reward the customer with a credit of $10, or something, when they made the mistake. It would go a long way with customers as yourself. I believe, several years ago, HSN made some kind of mistake and credited me $10. It was very much appreciated.

I order a least a couple dozen items a month and can't even remember have received an incorrect item.  It's very unusual.  In fact, I think their accuracy is amazing.

I've never received an incorrect product, but others have posted of this problem in the past. That makes me wonder if there is a particular vendor or brand that has repeatedly mismarked its items or has confusion with their inventory.

That also happened to me about a month ago. I ordered shrimp and received scallops. First time I've ever received the wrong item and I've shopped QVC for over 20 yrs. I called QVC and they shipped the shrimp quickly and told me to keep the scallops no charge. I'm a bit concerned now because I ordered salmon on 1/19, shipped on 1/20 but due to the weather it's been delayed a bit. I just checked tracking and it arrived here at the UPS facility yesterday at about 4 am and apparently it's just sitting there with expected delivery Monday !!  I will be on the phone with QVC and UPS if my order is ruined !!

I have received the wrong item occasionally over the many years I've shopped on QVC.  Usually this happens when I buy an As Is, clearance, or older item, or anything that is not a new,  featured, or recently on air.

Will QVC remove the delivery charge ?? Nope ! Woman LOL

I just called the UPS office but no answer. I called another office gave the info on my package and told the location where my package is located is having problems. They are going to try to contact that location let them know about my package contents and someone will call me back.

I've received the wrong color on many of my ordered items, but I usually keep it. Too much of a hassle for me to exchange. The last shipment was the L&L TSV. I ordered the tangerine but I received the light pink, whatever. Not a big deal for me, just disappointing.
