I just received a Belle skirt instead of the Quacker Factory Dream jean capris that I ordered.....

 

Of coarse They are now sold out...

For the third time this year, I have received something I didn't order, either the wrong color, pattern, or size.  Two out of three items, of course, were out of stock in my original choice.  Yesterday I received my order for two Home Reflection 1200TC Cotton Blend sheet sets, one was to be Grey Vine and the other Blue.  I got the Grey Vine but the other one was Multi Floral - not even close.  Of course when I called Blue was no longer available - makes me think they oversold it so decided to send me some random color/pattern.  Adding insult to injury, there was no return label so CS emailed me one.  On that email it stated that $10.95 would be deducted from my refund to cover shipping - UH, what??  So had to call CS again and was reassured that I would not be charged for return - we shall see.  Second return I have had to do within a month due to QVC's carelessness when shipping out products.  And lastly, being charged shipping for each sheet set yet both were placed in the same box, smh.  I have been a loyal customer since the late 80's but I am choosing  to shop elsewhere more often with better/cheaper/faster shipping practices and fulfillment and easier returns.  Thank you for allowing me to shout into the void.

I received someone else's order last week totally unrelated to mine except both D&C items. My account showed I received what I ordered. There was a packing slip with no return label? The order number was also missing but CS found it using the recipient's name. This used to happen once in a great while but happening to me often. Someone is wondering where her order is?

 

I asked for a return label to be sent to me and my item is reordered which I was charged for. By the time I receive it it will be too cool to wear as Fall is creeping in.
