I received a food item a week ago. It was beyond awful. I called for a refund and they said it was Still in Process" WTH!!!!!!! I was holding the box in my hands!! They said to just keep checking. I have been a customer here for over 30 years and I cannot believe the awful service I have to deal with. What am I supposed to do, check back every day until the 30 day passed!? I tried giving these scones to my neighbor and she literally spit it out it was like eating sugar and they were dry and hard. I do not have the time to go through this every day. I am disgusted that I am being treated this way. I will never, ever, buy a food product from here again. The CS rep. said she would send a message to some department, yeah good luck with that. What do you suggest I do to get my refund. The scones were in the garbage a weekl ago.

@lovesallanimals - Perhaps you should've taken a photo of the product and the box they were delivered in. If they were delivered by UPS, you can check their website for tracking details. Maybe QVC's system just hasn't been updated. (And, if it was UPS, they should have a photo of it delivered to your doorstep or whatever location.)
If you have the photo evidence and tracking, email the Social Team with the details and ask them to look into it for you.

My suggestion @lovesallanimals is to just check online every other day or so. You don't have to call every day if that is inconvenient for you.
I have ordered many, l mean a whole lot, of food items and have been very pleased with them. I think I had one issue and QVC was very good with their refund policy.
A side note, I haven't purchased any scones from QVC but I have recently from a couple bakeries and was actually very disappointed. They look so moist and delicious but are very dry. I guess they are suppose to and I have told myself to not buy them anymore. They just aren't a favorite bakery item of mine. The Jimmy the Baker pastries have always been so good that my family asks for them.

Venezia - Thanks but I threw it all out last week. I am not tech savvy so I do not know how to post photos even if I kept the box. I learned a hard lesson, never again. After shopping here since day one and spending thousands of dollars, they should have trusted what I was saying and given me the benefit of the doubt. It wasn't expensive, but still it is money thrown away. By the way, I LOVE the Koala Bear!!!!

(ETA: If you're not already aware the Social Team are the moderators on these boards, but also experienced CS reps. They really are the best.)

QVC always refunds food products when notified. UPS usually does a great job but I've had to return(report) frozen food that remained on the truck too long or was left in the sun . We have one driver who won't deliver to the address but prefers the leasing office a block away. It is so frustrating but I am careful not to order food or any product that would be damaged by sun or heat. Amazon allows you to add delivery options to your order and I wish QVC would do the same. Most UPS drivers are terrific! All it takes is one to make shopping by mail difficult. By the way, the leasing office closes by 5 and has no air conditioning. It is closed for the weekend. .

Not sure why you would throw everything out before you got your refund, but adding a photo to an email to customer service is not hard. One of us here would have helped you. I understand your frustration but there have to be some parameters to refunds and they need to treat all customers equally, no matter how long they have been here.

What I find most strange is the OP received the product but QVC shows that it's still "in process"???? Something's screwy.
Scones tend to be dry not moist like a pastry.
I have never and will never buy food from TV.
