I read in the beauty forum where alot of customers get an email a few days or more ahead of time with a link to preorder an upcoming TSV.
I have emailed QVC in the past and asked them. I was told to subscribe to all the TSV's which I did. But I've never gotten an email days in advance with a link!
I do get the Insider Magazine via mail which lists the item numbers of some TSV's but when I put in the numbers it doesn't always show up the TSV price. You need the link.
Please advise and thanks in advance.

I always get the email. There must be a place to subscribe somewhere on this website. I have been getting them for years.

I have reset all your email preferences to see if I could "kickstart" the pre TSV alerts. Let me know when (or if) you receive them.

You should be able to type in the item number from the insider and order. I just tried it from the April insider and no issue. My guess is maybe you are checking too soon. I remember reading something about a date when TSVs are released. I don't order a lot of TSVs, but I can't think of a time I couldn't order from the insider.

I have the exact same problem. I have had QVC CS try over and over to fix this. If you look at my order history you will see I order a lot. I get every IT TSV and am pissed that I can never preorder because I don't get the emails. It really needs to be corrected!!

@susandee I'm going to reset your preferences for you today as well to see if that helps! As a heads up to others, you can actually do this for yourself on the website. If you visit QVC.com, log in, and click the drop down arrow next to "Hello, Your Name" then select "My Account". Just opt out of everything and reopt in! That should get you restarted! ![]()

Customer Service has done this multiple times over the year to get this corrected. IT HAS NEVER WORKED! I also have done the exact same steps you did and I still did not receive the preorder for the IT Cosmetics TSV. Is there a way to test and see if it works? Because I am really frustrated at this point.

@susandee Hm. Unfortunately I don't believe we have a way to send out test e-mails in our system. Are you receiving any e-mails from us, or are you only missing the Today's Special Value e-mails? If it's just the Today's Special Value e-mails, then I might be able to reach out to the e-mail marketing team and see if they can manually add you on to the list.
