customer service please

Could you help me with an order please.  

Was ordered awhile ago and arrived in my state on 11/30.

It was then sent to Penn., on the 6th for no reason at all and has remained there.

It is well past the time that i needed the gift for, and now it is not even in my state anymore.  

i would like a merchandise credit or other credit if possible.

Thank you for your help.

 @weezer111  I'm sorry your order hasn't arrived.  I have refunded your easy pay amount and stopped all future payments.  If the order should arrive, please let us know.
