I opened the QVC credit card with a purchase that was on five easy pays.  I've called numerous times during the period of when I was making the five payments and again recently of where this credit or gift card was because it never showed up on my account. I was told that they were sending my case to finance to see if they would reissue the credit. I would think that it wouldn't be a question of that but haven't seen anything noted on my account. I've also called the finance dept and had to leave a message but haven't received a call back either.

The credit was towards your next purchase. Did you make another purchase within the time frame?

Welcome to the club of never receiving.... 1.  Package with mask still stuck in Distribution Center Post Office 65 miles away.  Over a week.   2.Laptop computer ordered 3 weeks ago  3.  Santa head covering combo mask missing  and post office blames foreign interference. LOL   I fear for the apples I ordered.  They are to be a Christmas gift to neighbors and friends. Probably get them Easter.                 

As for the Q and their credit card you don't want to read my list why I no longer have their card.  Second party application  and blame game.
