I've been on hold to speak with someone in Customer Service for nearly 25 minutes. This is outrageous. Finally hung up. QVC has lost a customer.

@arbe...as a new poster I’m not sure if you are a new QVC customer or just new to the boards. Regardless, I for one can say anytime you ever have an issue for which you need CS help, the best way to get it is by contacting the QVC Social team. I never bother to call CS anymore, because like you, I’ve had issues with long hold times, or I get someone who is unable/unwilling to resolve my issue. I’ve learned to send an email to the Social team. They are ON it & will resolve your issue. They are the elite CS team.

Same thing happened to me several times today. Not only was the wait time 20 minutes or more, when I finally got some one they said they had to transfer me and so once again the wait time was 25 minutes. This happened twice today. 45 minutes for both calls so I finally hung up. Had sent several emails and no one will help me out. Normally I am so pleased with customer service, until today. Can’t get through on the phone lines and no one will help me via email. It’s beyond frustrating to say the least. So I also missed out the free shipping today for lack of getting through and no one helping via email.

The call volume associated with the free shipping event was crazy! I had to call customer service to inquire about an order, and I, too, was on hold for over 20 minutes—but when the representative answered, she was kind and very helpful, and my question was instantly answered and addressed.
Thanks to all the representatives who work hard at doing a good job for customers, even if it sometimes takes a little while to make it all happen! ![]()
