I've seen posts on here that indicate a customer wanted an exchange and paid to return the item to QVC and also was charged to have the new item sent to them. Many hosts say (as Kirsten did this morning) that the customer does not have to pay to have the new order sent out. I just read the info on line and I must say it is not clear. TIA

I've done two exchanges and I haven't been charged either the return shipping or any other charges.
The info provided on site specifies that, if you send something back for an exchange, there will be no other charges made. If they do not have the item you want in exchange when your return reaches them, they will simply refund your purchase price and you will not be charged the return shipping fee.
If I was charged anything additional for an exchange, I'd ask the mods on these boards to sort it out. They've always been very helpful.

I’ve seen people say that they have exchanged a regular for a petite, petite for tall, etc and because these are different item numbers they do not get a free exchange.
I can’t imagine that any customer would consider those different items, and I don’t think the hosts mention it.

That's very misleading because the hosts say "exchange for a different size, etc." leading the customer to believe it could be petite to regular, etc.

I agree that exchanging a regular for a petite, or vice versa, shouldn't incur any additional fees. They do make a point of saying, if the size isn't right for you, send it back for "a free exchange".
Maybe this is something they didn't think of and the people in the warehouse aren't treating them as the same item.

QVC's exchange procedure is awkward and hasn't worked for me. If it's a popular item, it's usually sold out by the time it gets back to the Q and is processed.

Ok, hopefully I can clarify.
I sent a Breezies bra back for exchange.
It could be tracked in my account under the original order.
When the original item was received by QVC, my requested new size/color was mailed out to me.
There was no charge for the returned item.
Both items were charged $3.00 s/h. edited
One was charged because the original purchase was credited in full.

@LTT1- Should you have been charged that second 3.00 shipping? There's not suppose to be any additional charge, right?

No, you pay $3 one time on an exchange. Item A 222222 in green, exchanged for item A222222 in blue. No additional fees.

I'm reading this as the OP paid $3 each time for a breezies.???? How about the Q label fee to return the item for the exchange? Was there a charge for that? I believe that the hosts need to ensure they are clear on the policy.
