This happens to me when a new product is on air and selling quickly. It happens when I submit an order and ultimately the item is either going to waitlist or selling out. I think the computer cannot keep up. It is very frustrating.

It happens because the QVC computer cannot keep up when a product is either going on waitlist or selling out. I have had this happen to me when I was trying to buy a new item on air from my computer. The problem is on your end.

This happens to me all the time for weeks along with losing auto delivery pages. You should be able to track an item by now and get status without going to email. Also items ordered just seem to disappear from order status and CS does nothing at all to help. This is not our problem or our computer's problem.
