When I check order status, I get this message on many items. "Hmm, something went wrong. Try again, or contact Customer Service at 888-345-5788."

@Baylie I'm getting that too, but the email that they sent confirming it had been shipped will be able to click through and get you the detailed information.

Hello,
I wrote about this on the "Q Talk" about a week ago and I also took the time to email your "Social" team. I got the same answer which is 100% wrong!!!
The orders I couldn't track were put in with other orders yet I was charged shipping on each item! Until QVC makes their warehouse people stop doing this we all will get the red humm bar!!! If I'm paying seperate shipping on seperate orders I expect them to be sent seperately and also be able to TRACK them!!!

I discovered this only happens when multiple items are shipped together. Just check status through your email instead.That always works for me.

Happened to me several times. Tried again later and it worked.

@cjm61 is correct. On multiple item orders, only the first one has the tracking, the others get the red bar. To me, that means that are all shipped together. And if its a one item order, if it gets shipped with something else, it sometimes has the red bar.
But the shipping notices I get in email, you can click on each item to get the tracking info. I now keep track of what is where and what its shipping with by writing down the last 4 numbers of the tracking number, if it's a Z for ups, and the item. Just a quick memo so I don't have to memorize.
