I called CS because I ordered a pair of shoes in my normal size 10W.  The shoes are 2 sizes too big.  I consider this defective.  My foot is swimming in them.  The CS rep tells me they are not defective and I should mark ordered wrong size.  I don't think so.  I ordered my normal, regular size.  I felt this CS rep was quite rude and hope I never have to get her on the phone again.  This is not normal CS service.  I wish this woman would receive proper training.

@Katcat1 You've had a lot of problems lately it seems. You do know you can email the mods, why not give that a try? I'm sure you know the address!

Did you ask for a refund or free return shipping? Were you denied those requests? I am not sure besides the personality issue if those issues are the real concern.

Everyone has a bad night or (day), I know I have plenty of them and not always sunshine and sparkle.  I have been very fortunate with CS and Qsocial always being respectful and doing what they can, but everyone has an off day. Especially if there are (allegedly) hosts giving out bad color (or sizing) information as noted in another thread, creating even more returns.

@Love my grandkids   Sometimes you have to vent.  This is something perhaps the mods can send a message to CS about conduct.  I don't know the person or her name in CS.  However, she had no business telling me what I should write down when it was a lie.

@Katcat1

If they are that large, they most likely were sized wrong.

I'd mark them defective with a note...."sized wrong."  If you don't, they will be sent to someone else, returned, sent again, returned, and so on.  You will be doing those shoppers a favor.

@Foxxee    I read some of the reviews and there are quite a few complaining about how big the shoes are.  It's the width so it's not the size, they are defective.  I think in this case some are really big, some are narrow and some fit okay.  The sizes are all over the place.

If they patroled customer service and shipping like they patrol these boards they'd be back to the way they once were.

Strange.....every other merchant we deal with cannot do enough for us.

@Katcat1    I have had bad luck buying shoes from QVC. I can go to a BM store and buy the same exact shoe that fits properly that QVC sells and it's either too big or too small.

I truly believe that QVC sells seconds, or even rejects from many of the higher end brands.

I don't even bother with Sketchers. You can buy them at Wal Mart.

@Georgiagrama   Sketchers are available at Walmart?  I didn't know that, interesting.

I usually get mine at Macy's when they are on sale with free shipping.  I know the size I am in their brand and their sizing is perfect every time.
