I tried to make a purchase of three items. I used MrRebates to get to QVC, then went to checkout and added a gift card I had and selected the credit card I wanted to use for the remainder. I clicked Continue Checkout and nothing happened. I tried again, still nothing. I tried in Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer and the QVC app. I contacted CS with chat and they told me I had to make a call, which made me pretty unhappy.
But what made me MOST unhappy was the text I got a minute later that said I'd purchased an item I absolutely did not order.
I checked my account and found this order, in process until I canceled it. The website never checked out the items I had in my cart but instead sold me an item I've never heard of before.
What is happening QVC? I feel like I cannot trust your website.

How annoying. Lately, I have had difficulty using Mr Rebates with the QVC site.

FIRE THE IT DEPARTMENT. They never really fix this site.

I preferred the old system. This one the screen jumps, you have to click on orders twice to actually see your orders, no more click four items to compare, to see item on air has glitches, the screens take too long to download then you have to click on the photo to actually see the item rather than a still shot of video with a host with their mouth open. (# A293472 is a perfect example) Reviews sometimes don't load-- I do have high speed internet. Shopping online here is the worst. I wait for TV presentations now & use automated ordering.

My son is an IT Specialist. He would have lost his job long ago if he developed this software..

Thank you, @Kinski-QVC. I did call my order in and the CS rep I spoke with was very helpful. He found that the gift card number I entered had gone through and was credited to my account, though he had to jump through a few hoops to get it applied to my actual order.
But the bigger issues is how little faith I have in the QVC website. Here on the forums, we report problems frequently, both with the sales site and the forums.
QVC has sales website that wouldn't let me complete and order and then sold me a product that I'd never even heard of before. That's really, really bad.

I've had to sign in about 3 or 4 times already this morning. I sign in and it lets me reply, then I read threads then when I want to reply, it makes me sign in again.
Annoying.
