Re: Update on Return Charges

I do believe that somewhere it states that your return fee will be deducted as a separate charge on your credit card, so no, you wouldn't see the full refund credit immediately.  Offhand I don't remember where that is stated.  Might be somewhere in the online return process.

However, I've never had that happen to me, even when I've printed the return label from the website.  I've always had both shipping fees deducted from the return at once.

Re: Update on Return Charges

This has always been the policy as far as I can remember.

Re: Update on Return Charges

You will be out money to ship something to you and to return it.  If that upsets you, buy from somewhere else.  It is that simple.  There is nothing QVC sells you can't scout around for somewhere else.

Why do people get upset over this?  It's  a choice you make when you buy something.

I will never understand why people have to be so dismissive of someone's views..This was so unnecessary.

Re: Update on Return Charges

As a consumer it's your responsibility to know the return/refund policy so you can be informed before purchasing.

I talked to customer service regarding the charge for my return label. This is how it works:  When you see your refund, they have deducted the original shipping and handling charges. Then they go back and charge you for the return label. So what you see, on  your refund issued is not accurate. You are now paying for shipping and handling both ways plus your return label. I can see why people are turning and tuning away from this company.  Buyer beware!!!

Update:

Sorry for my incorrect refund information. You are only paying to ship to you but when you return, it is deducted from your refund. The only issue is that the refund stated on your item is not accurate because they haven't deducted the return label fee, if you use it.It is very expensive to return items and I can see why people keep it or donate it.

Paying for shipping and then paying for the use of the return label is nothing new.
