Include a Coupon with Mailed Flyers

Lately I've been getting large postcard flyers from QVC announcing promos, etc.  Why not include a coupon like other retailers?  It's a little aggravating given what it must cost to send these, not to mention the waste of materials.

 

Is there a way to opt out since it's basically junk mail?

I got a Q flyer yesterday for Free Shipping on 1 to 4 clothing items...it wasn't valid for as is & clearance, that's all I buy so trashed it.

@HandbagHoarder  If it was like the last one they sent,

it excluded 90% of the merchandise and just made everyone angry.
