Is this normal that the QVC return tracking number is defferent from the USPS return tracking number? I have never actually looked before today.
I had a return issue. QVC tracking was not showing my return tracking that I sent back 10 days ago. Customer service could not see my return tracking. and kept telling me to wait longer
So this morning I got my got my USPS receipt out and saw that the return numbers were not the same. Yes I did use the QVC return shipping label. The retun package was actually picked up 8 days ago.
I did the customer service chat and they were able to reslove this issue, this morning.
Keep your receipts. you might need them, like I did

Hi @BostonMommy I am sorry the return has not processed and has caused concern. Please email us at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com with the order information we'd like to help, thank you. -Kim

@BostonMommy - When you use the QVC return label, yes, the USPS version of the tracking number is sometimes several numbers longer than the number you see on the label itself. But if you look closely, you'll see the label number within the longer string of numbers. I believe the reason for the difference is because the USPS is just a hub for dropping off packages so QVC's returns agent can pick them up and get them into its system for full processing (the package does not actually move within the USPS flow).
One thing that may be helpful to know is that as soon as the USPS tracking system shows the agent has picked up your package, you can reach out to the Social Team at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com and provide your return details—they typically are able to process a refund or exchange right away because they can confirm that your package is en route to QVC and the Q now has responsibility for it the rest of the way.
(Or if you just want to track the package yourself when the tracking is not working on qvc.com, you can check it here: https://pitneybowes.shipment.co/track)
I'm glad you got your issue resolved. ![]()

Thank you Kim, I will let you know and email if I need more help. They were able to refund to my CC that I used. After I gave customer chat service the USPS tracking information. The tracking return is still not showing in my QVC orders

Thank you so much! I'm happy that this has been resolved.
I saved the Pitney Bowes website. several days ago. and kept checking Pitney Bowes Was using the QVC tracking numbers from my orders and it's still saying
"Not found. The tracking numbers may be incorrect or the status update is not yet available. Enter one tracking number per line, no commas."
Do I need to use the USPS receipt tracking numbers or the QVC tracking numbers at Pitney Bowes?
