I ordered two Denim and Co. tops on September 4. I checked on the status and it says in process, arrives 9/11/20. So far they have not even shipped ( today is Sept. 20) and now one says backorder. This happens often.

Same issue here. I ordered 2 D&C tops, same item # but different colors on 9/10. Received one color on 9/16 but other one (according to tracking info) has gone from Ontario to Fontana CA and is still stuck in CA. (I live in SC!!) Trying to contact Customer Service to no avail. Will think twice before ordering anything else.

@Mz iMac , I also was having a problem. Contacted Socia Team at 6:33 C.T. this morning. Within less then 10 min .I was #13 in line. Susan from Social Team contacted me. There are not enough words to thank Susan. She was extremely kind and helpful. SOCIAL TEAM IS ON THE BALL!!!
