Hello, is anyone else having a problem shopping on QVC. For about 3 weeks now I cannot add anything to my cart, it keeps saying "Umm, something is wrong, please call customer service." So of course I called and there are no issues with my account they said. Reset my laptop, my tablet, still can't shop. Yes, I'm saving money, but very weird 🤔

I know, but then I don't earn my cash back from Rakuten, Capital One, or Microsoft Bing cashback. TY, though.

@fatcat4221 sometimes  happens to me too when using capital one cash back.  I clear my cookies and browsing history and then it works. For reference I'm using safari browser on an iPad. Good luck!

When that happens to me it usually means my selection is sold out.  If that happens I try the app on my phone and if that doesn't work either then I figure I missed it.    I then move on and forget it.

Try a different browser. 

Have you cleared your history, cookies, and cache lately?

This happens to me also at times.  I find if I am even just interested in an item I click on it and the item shows but no video, no color swatches and no cart to add to!  Sometimes if I type the item # in the search bar it will come up but it doesn't work everytime.  Luckily I am not purchasing that much anymore on the Q.  I never have this issue with other online sites.

No, I'm not having the issues you are...but my orders are disappearing.

 

It has been going on for a while...not all of them, just sometimes.

 

I place the order...get the order confirmed & conf page....

 

but no email, and it doesn't show in my order status.

 

Sometimes doesn't show up til the next day!!

 

CS can't see it either.

 

Almost duplicated orders a couple times because I don't want to lose the order, esp if it shows low inventory....or is a LTS or ODO.

Yes, I had the same problem several times last week, got the Oops message like you did.  I also use rakuten and mr. rebates so I don't call in orders.  Different browsers and different devices didn't resolve the problem. It seemed to clear up on its own.  Of course, for me, the real QVC shopping problem is my QVC shopping problem 😁
