I had trouble on Sunday, and of course it was one of those "These are selling fast" products. I was about ready to close out when I noticed that my cart was now empty AND I got a notice that I had bought it! This happened before but I didn't catch it-I wondered how I ended up with two of the same product then the package arrived!

I have one tablet, a new Samsung, where orders disappear as soon as I go to Mr. Rebates.  When I  go back to qvc, it's no longer in my cart.  I have to switch to another tablet.

I would try (1) clearing cookies and (2) another browser.

No, I'm not having the issues you are...but my orders are disappearing.

 

It has been going on for a while...not all of them, just sometimes.

 

I place the order...get the order confirmed & conf page....

 

but no email, and it doesn't show in my order status.

 

Sometimes doesn't show up til the next day!!

 

CS can't see it either.

 

Almost duplicated orders a couple times because I don't want to lose the order, esp if it shows low inventory....or is a LTS or ODO.

Yes, that has happened to me a little more often lately than ever before.

 

I always write down the order number as soon as I've placed the order.  Then go to View My Receipt immediately thereafter and take a screenshot of that page.  That way I have proof that I did place an order.  Because you're right--if I can't see the order in my account, neither can customer service.

 

I've never not gotten an order filled after getting an order number, but I have panicked a time or two and ordered again to be assured of getting an item on sale, then ended up with duplicate orders.

 

But on rare occasions it can take up to and even over 24 hours later to have an order show up in my account.

I always think when this happens I should have done 'this or that' !  I never have a pen when I am ordering!   LOL

 

Tech is my enemy and I don't know how to screen shot....and my phone is always in the other room usually!  I have taken a pic w/ my cell phone.....a recent item I ordered was a Blowout price but there was NO banner for no returns...that showed up 2 days later on the item.  I took a cell ph pic of the screen to prove it wasn't there when I originally placed the order.  I thought it was odd it was Blowout but no return restrictions.

 

My new order did show up this morning.....2 days later.  Wayne (Mod) said they were notified there was an issue.

 

I should just use automated ordering...never have  a problem there.

 

I, like you, have almost always gotten the item.  Only once...KA mixer TSV...I ordered w/ extended billing....took 3 orders b4 I got one.  CS finally put one on check hold for me (that won't happen anymore!)  

 

The original orders never showed and CS released the ck hold order for me....adjusted the price and shipping....I got EZ pay...but she couldn't get the extended payment to work either.
