A shout out of thanks and appreciation to QVC's Customer Service and in particular to LaToya (online chat today, about 11:30 a.m.) who patiently and thoughtfully helped me with my confusion about an order I was trying to place.
She not only was efficient, professional and knowledgeable, she also went the extra mile to help me with the product listing information, and to save money, and also to assure a perfect transaction.
She exemplifies the quality and kindness that we sometimes worry we won't find in the retail world.
I want to add that I've always found the very same admirable qualities in the QVC Social Team, consistently a group who are a priceless asset to QVC.
