Samsung Tablet Issues

I use a Samsung tablet, and now I do not see customer review ratings, and I am unable to write a review. I cannot use the cursor on the community either. Please help.

Hi @Tissyanne I'm so sorry you are having difficulty. Please try changing your browser. If you are using an app try reinstalling it. For the reviews make sure you are scrolling to the bottom of your screen the reviews are now under "Customers Who Viewed This Also Viewed". Let me know how this works for you

@Anonymous Reinstalled app, and still having problems. I can barely get the keyboard to pop up, and the cursor will not let me click where I have posted. Something is wrong. The @ symbol at the end of this post. @

Hello @Tissyanne - My suggestion is to make sure your setting is on Mobile View.
