I don't know what's going on with QVC'S website but never had these problems before, it's ridiculous ! Can't put anythong in search box, just keeps having select and paste above whatever I put in and will not do a search!!! Then keeps kicking me off the site completely... NOT happy! If they want me to make purchases which I do often then stop making it so hard to do as there are other alternatives as we know.
I really wish wish that those in charge of the website would get on this as it has been a week or so now and No improvment. And I am using an ipad which I have read is a problem for those of us that do!

@Kitty Galore What browser are you using? I've been hearing that these problems happen more with certain browsers than others. I use Chrome, and I have no problems with the website. It's always a good idea to have at least two browsers on your computer so you can switch to another which may be more compatible with a website.

I'm also having problems with the latest Safari iOS browser on my iPad. Browsing the QVC product pages is extremely tedious, time consuming, and frustrating. They know there are problems, but apparently other tasks take priority.

I think it's odd that @Susan-QVC and QVC IT staff are recommending the Chrome app instead of Safari for iPad since Chrome is known to be much slower than Safari. For a PC, I would use Chrome, but I question its effectiveness for iPad.

I will step in here, as I just posted in Q Talk about being randomly signed out while actively posting. It's happened to me twice in two days. I get "Authentification Failed" messages in the middle of either posting or checking Notifications and boom, I'm out.
I'm on a currently updated iPad and use Chrome as a browser. *Sometimes*, with issues in the past, I will be functional in Safari but not in Chrome. But with the recent week-plus disaster, I could not post properly in Chrome. Safari or a third browser, it made no difference.

Many/some are still having problems here of varying degrees. Others keep saying change our browser to Chrome. First, I don't feel we should have to change browsers. Next, I did switch to Chrome and I'm still having the same problem of not getting the drop down box of poster names to "@" whomever.
I've resigned myself to typing in the name myself to chat with whomever. I believe they're getting my notes as I think I've rcvd a couple of responses back.
I'd really like this option to work for me again. If it ever would work for me again I'd be surprised.

In this day and age, a website such as QVC's -- which is a major corporation -- should support all browsers on all devices. QVC certainly has the resources to build a state-of-the-art e-tail website. There's really no excuse for all these glitches. Really.

Brooklynny, I must agree with you! I am beyond frustrated for sure.
