Please QVC stop using the sure post with the USPS.  My packages take over a week or 2 weeks to get delivered.  I have a package that has been sitting at the Post office since May 8th pending acceptance.  I had rather pay more for shipping UPS or Fed x than use the post office again.

@Lisarr.  Since yo7re a big fan of increased shipping fees, there's a way you can upgrade your shipping when placing an order.

I prefer to pay $3.50 to have a garment sent rather than something in the $10. range,  which is what some retailers charge.  I have lots of clothes and am not in a huge rush to get my packages.  I don't recall any QVC purchase having been an emergency.

Sign up for UPS MY CHOICE PREMIUM and that way you can have UPS deliver your packages directly to you. Cost is $19.99 per year. If you have a lot of packages delivered then that price is worth it.

This only applies to UPS Sure Post packages.

UPS Mail Innovations isn't available for straight-through UPS delivery.

@geezerette.  All I know is that I signed up for My Choice and in one year never received a single package from UPS instead of usps.  UPS  makes too many delivery errors

It's the My Choice Premium option (which charges a fee) that will deliver SurePost packages by UPS instead of USPS.  The regular My Choice is just email notifications that you have a package coming.

My problem with USPS delivering for UPS, if it is a Sunday, three times my packages have gone to neighbors.  I got notice I am receiving a package this Sunday and I am considering sitting out front!  If the package gets delivered to a neighbor, perhaps they have a doorbell camera or a dog we don't feel comfortable going over and checking the box if they're not home so we have to wait until they're home and get our merchandise.  This happened last week with my Mother's Day gift.  My neighbors, usually go in a side door and do not see boxes on their front porch.  We are friends with some but do not know well the others.  Probably in my interest to ask for their cell number.  Thankfully they are honest.  I have also received wrong packages and deliver them.

@Kachina624 - FWIW, as of last summer, $19.99 has become the official annual fee for the premium service; I'm guessing everyone found their deals and coupon codes, so they just decided to change the price.  Smiley Happy

Re: SHIPPING USPS is Bad for Food Items

I received my Just Bagels order through USPS and for the second time they weren't delivered in a timely way. USPS is not the way any Vendor should be distributing any food item or anything else that is perishable. They used to be delivered by UPS and there were not any issues with delivery.  Time to cance; auto-ship.

I would be ok with a couple days delay, but not over 2 weeks delay so far and I'm sure QVC will still take my payments even though I haven't even received my packages yet.  I won't be ordering anything else until all my packages arrive.  Positive note on that, there really saving me money now.

This has happened to me too.  The ONLY way to have UPS deliver to your door is to bump up your shipping method at check out.

There are three choices.

 1.  The one that's defaulted to   $3.50

2.  The one that IS UPS all the way but yes it's gonna be more expensive but so worth it.

3.  Next day.  Now this one will be even more expensive.

I will only do the second choice and in two to three days tops UPS is at my door with my order.  Today I DID choose next day but the item was at a wonderful price and I want it VERY much AND a few more dollars won't make any difference.

One morning, it was very early, I made a purchase and I forgot to do the shipping and I only realized it a day or so later.    ut oh...too late...Days were going by I called customer service BUT I got the red carpet treatment.  It's really not QVC's fault.  The usps service is awful.

QVC, I'm addressing you....thank you for the second mortgage I have with you.  You've always been fair with me and let me choose things the way I want.  Love ya!  I'll always be a QVC customer.
