I ordered a pair of shoes on 06/07, my credit card was charged, I received an email notice that my item had shipped a few days later, and where the email or the Orders Placed section of the QVC website, usuallyshows navar tracking with a UPS or USPS number and an estimated date of delivery, and a history of the package...this particular order has done all of the above but when I check on My Order and Track My Package, I get navar showing XXXXXXXXXX as the item # and "label created, will notify when shipped." I have since ordered other things, that have been ordered, charged, and are on their way and I can track them. I have called customer service twice and am told nothing but to "just wait until a week latetr" and then call us back. Obviously, something has glitched in the system. My order has been placed and paid for, but the warehouse never shipped them out. I try to tell QVC CS this but they will not listen. I don't feel any customer should have t wait another week or two for them to finally say it was never shipped, we're sorry, it was charged and paid for and we are shipping it out now. That will be 2 more weeks away from when I purchased the item. Has anytone else had this happen and this kind of CS response? I just want the shoes I ordered, were charged to my credit card, but were never pulled and shipped...but QVC will NOT look into it for me. Thank you.
