My Order Is Not Shipping and QVC Keeps Telling Me To Wait...

I ordered a pair of shoes on 06/07, my credit card was charged, I received an email notice that my item had shipped a few days later, and where the email or the Orders Placed section of the QVC website, usuallyshows navar tracking with a UPS or USPS number and an estimated date of delivery, and a history of the package...this particular order has done all of the above but when I check on My Order and Track My Package, I get navar showing XXXXXXXXXX as the item # and "label created, will notify when shipped."  I have since ordered other things, that have been ordered, charged, and are on their way and I can track them.  I have called customer service twice and am told nothing but to "just wait until a week latetr" and then call us back.  Obviously, something has glitched in the system.  My order has been placed and paid for, but the warehouse never shipped them out.  I try to tell QVC CS this but they will not listen.  I don't feel any customer should have t wait another week or two for them to finally say it was never shipped, we're sorry, it was charged and paid for and we are shipping it out now.  That will be 2 more weeks away from when I purchased the item.  Has anytone else had this happen and this kind of CS response?  I just want the shoes I ordered, were charged to my credit card, but were never pulled and shipped...but QVC will NOT look into it for me.  Thank you.

@slmsia  You will have to wait a few more days. Ask a CS rep what day to call back for a refund or replacement. I think the timeframe is 10 days from the day it was shipped.

I know...it has happened to me several times in the 20+ yrs I have been a QVC customer.

@slmsia   Did you track directly w/the delivery service?  Their tracking info is more up to date than the Q.

 

Suggest you send an email to:  QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com
 

Include your ORDER NUMBER in the email.  The  MODS/Social team will sort this out for you.

Sorry this is happening to you.  I've experienced the same thing and I was eventually able to track it.  It is possible that the shoes shipped directly from the shoe company and not from a QVC warehouse.  The tracking info gets passed from the shoe company warehouse to QVC, so a bit of delay.  No guarantees, but I say please trust the process for now. Though aggravating, your story seems well within the realm of normalcy. I've had nothing but positive experiences with QVC customer service.

@slmsia . It's not that it didn't ship.  This is a fairly common issue with many retailers.  The UPS person(s) who did the warehouse pickup missed scanning your particular package.  CS can't tell you anything that you can't see because it wasn't scanned.  I would wait a few more days and maybe call Friday if it doesn't show up.

@slmsia - You ordered on 06/07 and this is only 06/11?  QVC doesn't charge your credit card until an order is shipped so, if they say it's been shipped, I'm sure it has.

 

No customer has a way of knowing when an order has been "pulled", but if you've received an email saying it's been shipped (and therefore pulled), you need to do just what they said:  wait.

 

The tracking does not always get updated as quickly as we may like; depending on where the package is originating (QVC warehouse or vendor) and which carrier is being used.

 

10 days is not an unreasonable time to wait for delivery, IMO.

Thank you, QVC community, for all your suggestions, answers and similar experiences. I appreciate it so much.  We all want our packages!  And it is so hard to wait even when it goes smoothly!  I will take advice all of you who answered me....and thank you again!

@slmsia  If you have the tracking number, try the UPS Mail Innovations website. Just type your tracking number and it should show the progression.

When orders I place online show label created when I check tracking it's because the label was created but the package has not yet shipped. 

You placed your order on Fri. Since you have the tracking number you should see movement in the next 2-3 days.
