@Angelmanmom  Our live chat is still an option on QVC.com.  We knew of issues last week, it was reported at that time.

You know of these issues that it has been reported but a year later and it is still not working! Will your folks ever fix it in this Century?

I don't understand. If QVC IT team is not experienced enough to solve this issue (and others) or they are unable to locate the problem, why not talk to your Sister Company, HSN, and see how they are able to have a working Chat icon and website?

It seems that customers with Windows 10 & 11 computers have one issue after another with QVC website. There is some encoding issue on your end that your team needs to update to be compatible because it is not an issue with people's Browsers, PCs, Anti Virus programs, etc.

Right now, in addition to Live Chat not working, I am also not able to place an order online via QVC website without getting the "Oops..something went wrong" message.
