SHIPPING USPS

Please QVC stop using the sure post with the USPS. My packages take over a week or 2 weeks to get delivered. I have a package that has been sitting at the Post office since May 8th pending acceptance. I had rather pay more for shipping UPS or Fed x than use the post office again.

I agree. I have 2 items, ordered 4/26 and 4/29, that I still have not received.

Sign up for UPS MY CHOICE PREMIUM and that way you can have UPS deliver your packages directly to you. Cost is $19.99 per year. If you have a lot of packages delivered then that price is worth it.

@Lisarr I certainly agree with you regarding Sure Post. It is horrible! We are waiting for a package ordered from another company twelve days ago. It was misdelivered today to the incorrect Post Office, five miles from where we live (our packages have never been routed through that Post Office.) It is anybody's guess when we will actually receive this package. Very poor postal service, to say the least.

This only applies to UPS Sure Post packages.

UPS Mail Innovations isn't available for straight-through UPS delivery.

i am out in the boondocks, up a mountain on a private road, driveway continues up for an acre to house. mail box is down by the road.

i prefer USPS deliveries.

USPS comes like clockwork everyday on or around 11am. if an item does not fit in the box they bring it to the house. and will take any packages i am sending no matter if i have a pickup request in, Convenient for me.

UPS often reschedules deliveries. maybe to get a bigger load for the delivery route. and they come anywhere from 10 AM to 10 PM, Not Convenient for me.

Fedex ground leaves packages down the road by the po box. big ole boxes sitting on top of the po box or on the ground next to po box. Not Convenient for me.

My biggest issue is with UPS.......my items in plastic bags are filthy with boot prints. The ones shipped Surepost are not.

Depends on where you live! I cringe when I see UPS delivery as I live in a rural area and here the USPS is much quicker and better. They don't lose my packages and don't have the delays I experience with UPS. Sorry @Lisarr but what works for you doesn't work for everyone.

My experience is if it comes USPS it does arrive a couple days later. Not bad enough of a delay to complain about it, as long as I receive it eventually I'm happy.
