Two orders, one to be delivered tomorrow and one the following day.  Both in process.   Disappointed in QVC.   This is beyond bad service now.

Last year they cancelled my order after being in process for more than 2 weeks. It was a Black Fridat item. Funny thing they were still selling the item for more than a week after I ordered it. It was cancelled around Dec 10. So beware you may not get your items at all. Goid luck. I only order things from Q that are for myself now that I cannot get elsewhere. No gifts. Q has not gotten any better with shipping. A month ago I ordered a tsv. UPS informed me that the package they received was empty. I called CS and it took 5 days to get a credit after I called. Really? They had the message from UPS too. Q can no longer compete with other online retailers.

In past years, I ordered Christmas presents from QVC. This year I've ordered none from QVC.

I have 2 orders both due on Friday and neither one has shipped yet.  Other retailers offer better shipping.  Should have probably gone with one of them.

I ordered a sweater for my husband from Brooks Brothers late Monday night.  Given that it was Cyber Monday I would have understood  if delivery took longer than usual.  Well -- the sweater arrived this morning.  There is no excuse for QVC's shipping.  I should add that I also ordered an iPad from Apple on Monday night.  It was scheduled to arrive on Thursday.  I got a text this morning saying that it will arrive on Monday.  I think the bottom line for any company is simple.  Don't promise what you can't deliver.

Hope nobody is still ordering expecting to receive it by Christmas?  Some things will still get to you on time but you can forget about any clothes making it on time.

Guess what!!!  This one Takes the Cake  on all delivery  complaints.......lol

 

My order for Valeries Balsam wreath was expected  DEC 5 ,it is ITP and  it will arrive DEC 24...................lol 

 

Who wants it then???? 

Can't cancel,but I will  NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY......

 

I absolutely will NEVER buy another thing from QVC!!!!!

I figured the order could not be cancelled. Ain't no way I would pay for it. QVC better wake up.

Can't believe how bad QVC is on shipping lately!  When did this inefficiency happen?  Maybe this is a wakeup call that we should be buying locally.  I've ordered from other companies and they don't seem to have the same problems.  Time to re-evaluate my shopping habits with QVC!
