And sometimes they skip a month.
I knew that I had approximately $30 in easy pays coming up on my next statement. So I scheduled a payment of $35. I also "pre-paid" my most recent WEN purchase. So this month I've paid well over $100 on my account.
Now I'm getting hounded for my final payment on a bracelet - $28. I am not over my credit limit and I've already sent in over $100. So they get another $28 on top of it all. I will pay it off. ANd pay in full each month if I do use it and no more Easy Pays.

I schedule my payment about a week in advance on my QVC card. I am never late. Then I get a letter in the mail that I owe $___ right now to cover the Easy Pays coming due. The amount I owe is about twice what I had scheduled for my regular payment. So I make the payment they requested but I had been pro-active in watching my statements & I knew where I stood on purchases & payments & couldn't understand the problem.
When I got my next statement I found out why, they had hit my account for TWO easy pays in one month, which matched the amount mentioned in the letter. The EP items were for payments #3 & #4, not duplicates. So while I had to fork over more money than I had budgeted at least that item is fully paid for. It was a 4 month EP.
Like everything else, watch your statements carefully.
I think I remember seeing a disclaimer somewhere that this could happen--it's possible for two ez payments to be billed in one credit card cycle.
