Just hung up from talking to Customer Service.....  I too, have been having a difficult time with the processing.  I placed 3 items on order on the 19th and 20th....still in process mode.  She tried to explain that they have been having technical difficulties with the warehouses, etc.  I told her that is not acceptable to customers.  She did tell me that the orders I last placed are probably not going to ship out until 4/1.  I about blew my stack with that.  Did tell her that they will probably be losing some very good customers because of this problem.  She kept telling me she was sorry.....I told her it was not her fault, that it is Corporates fault for not having better control over orders.  She also did say that they are going to be placing calls and also sending letters out to customers telling them what has been happening.  Their excuses just aren't good enough.

JMO,  if this were me, I would just mark the package when it arrives REFUSED----RETURN TO SENDER.  Do not open it.  Let QVC deal  with this mess. Sooner or later, QVC will come to realize the customers don't need them; they can shop anywhere.

so many places ship right away and you get your order within 2 days!  This is unacceptable 😠. I guess by the time I get my jacket won't need one as it will be summer !!!!😁

Just received an email from Customer Service.  My one order consisting of 2 items is to arrive to me on or by April 1.  Told me to check my Order Status to keep track of it.  What the heck do they think we do when we have placed one or more orders????  Geeesssshhh.  These 2 items were ordered on 3/19.  The one I ordered on 3/20....nothing was mentioned about that.  You bet I will be keeping a close eye on these orders and where they are...

 

Will let you know if I hear anything more.

I just clicked on to see if the 'in process' had changed on an order I have and saw it remained 'in process' but the EDD was 3/25 Smiley Happy  I don't think that can happen short of a miracle.

@ShowMe ....OK I get it sometimes there are problems, but having been self employed for many years I have learned it's best to be upfront with customers...

 

QVC should have sent each of us with an order, that was on 'hold', an email with a brief explanation and given us the option of cancelling our order or just waiting for the problems to be fixed, but no...they let us all simmer in our own juices.

 

While an order from QVC is not a world problem, it is a problem and they should have been upfront from the get go.  I hope they learned a lesson 'cause I think they may lose a  few customers...and poor customer service, they take the brunt of the angry phone calls.

@Mom2Dogs......My opinion on this is that QVC has gotten too big for their britches.....  Very poor Customer Service.  As of a few minutes ago, my order they said I will be receiving on April 1....it is still in  PROCESS  .....  

 

i agree with you on that everyone should have received an email....  No, everyone is in limbo with huge mistake.  When I talked with Customer Service today, I let her know I was livid and very unhappy with QVC.  

 

Oh, I do think they will lose customers over this....  Well, that is what Customer Service is for.....to take complaints, then report the problems to Corporate so they can correct the mistake.

yes my order still says the 27th !  Yah like that's going to happen !!!   I am not happy about this as many others .   This should not be happening in a company as large as QVC.   We should not have to pay shipping on day of these orders IMO 😏

this has been the slowest ever processing time for me with qvc.

 

3 clothing items ordered on march 19th are still showing as "in process."

 

ordered headphones on the 24th and they shipped on the 25th. my guess is is that they are coming directly from the manufacturer.

I have an order that is In Process since March 16th? What happened to receiving items in 7 to 10 days. No company I have dealt with has been this slow and no update or information. I feel really duped shopping with  Q lately. Excuses???
