I purchased a leather handbag a couple of weeks ago. While browsing on QVC yesterday I found the same bag on clearence for $46 less so I called customer service to see what my options were. I asked if they would credit my purchase for the difference as many retailers do this. NOT QVC! His suggestion was to return the bag which would cost $6.95 and get a refund less the shipping (more $$$ out of pocket) and buy the one on clearance and get charged shipping and handling again. When I complained his response was at least I would be saving some money. I am very unhappy with this outcome. Does anyone else feel my pain. QVC please feel free to contact me. Oh, by the way the bag is going back and I am not going to purchase another one Sorry Aimee maybe you can talk to QVC about their pricing policies.

You might want to contact the moderator and see if they can help you with the price adjustment. Just a thought.

Since your bag is on clearance, call back to C.S. and ask for the price adjustment due to the Clearance special that is on now. Since it hasn't been over 30 days they should do it for you since a handbag is an accy. Good Luck.

Thank you for the advice. But the c.s. guy said that because it was on clearance they could not make any adjustments. I think I will contact cs again. Also when you say contact a moderator are you meaning a host?
