Will Customer Service let you cancel your order?   Is your size and color selection still available?  If yes, I would try to get Customer Service to cancel your order and then go back to re-order it.

It's 30 days from the time your order ships.

Wait until it ships and then call back.  They should give you the adjustment.

QVC Social said they won't cancel...too late???? Won't give an adjustment either.  Said they noted the file and I can return it for free but I don't tust that either.  Very frustrated to say the least.  I hope others are reading this and taking note!!!

@Classy Hoosier @Can't you cancel the first order and place a new order at the lower price?

No they say it is in process.  I already asked.

My understanding is it is 30 days from the order date...30 days, not 31 or 32 or 33 either. Ask me how I know. Woman Wink When it ships would seem irrelevant when it comes to a price guarantee. It's thirty days from the date your order was placed. That's what I've been told.

Update!

I called and spoke to another person at Customer Service and she said they will credit my account after the item ships.  I will have to call back, but I'm ok with that.  Thanks!

@Bri369

I do not agree..

Your RETURN period starts 30 days from when you receive it. (obviously not now cuz of extended holiday return policy)

Sale price adjustment is 30 days FROM DATE OF ORDER.

I agree that is totally unfair considering the lenth of processing time of orders.

The social team already rejected her request because it was 30 days from date of order.

I am so glad someone realized that you do deserve a sale price adjustment!

Hi @Classy Hoosier glad you received proper customer service.  All QVC reps are not made equal.  I would never contact via email unless I wanted to document something for some reason, which hasn't happened to me yet.  I think one gets better results by calling CS.  If their response doesn't make sense, insist, and if that doesn't work, ask to speak with a supervisor.  I will fight for the right thing until it is resolved.  More recently, I have had to be more firm in my requests for assistance.

I believe price adjustments should be available for 30 days from customer receipt, since anything before that is out of customer control.  B+m stores routinely grant this adjustment and customers shouldn't be prejudiced by shopping online.  But QVC cs reps state they can't do anything with orders in "process".  So they usually tell me to call back when the order is shipped.  If it is an OTO or something like that, they can make a notation in the file to give you the price adjustment after the item ships.  In those instances, I wait until I receive the item to make sure I want to keep it.

@Classy Hoosier If you could please correct your initial post to show the correct policy so that people that only read that aren't misled by the erroneous policy description.  That would be kind.

Just an FYI I requested a price adjustment but I had to wait for it to ship which it did today.  I contacted CS again to rquest it since it shipped and now I have to wait until my cc is billed.  This must be something new as I never had to do that before.
