Philosophy has just reformulated some of their products,  and one of the reps said on livestream recently that auto delivery plans may not be fulfilled due to this. 

The current auto delivery plans include product now discontinued.

Even if a product has been reformulated, that shouldn't affect the auto delivery.

If a set contains shower gel and it's been "reformulated", as long as it's the same size and fragrance, there's no excuse for not including it in the A/D shipment.

Certainly, the Purity wipes I had, that they cancelled, hadn't been reformulated.  Just increased in price.

Also, years ago I had an Amazing Grace A/D.  One of the items was the perfume roller ball.  A couple of shipments later, that was taken out and a small perfume wax "stick" (like the size of a small lip gloss) substituted instead.

When I called CS about it, I was told that Philosophy decided the perfumer roller ball was now too expensive to be included!  But they didn't want to lose the business altogether.  So, no warning; just a cheaper product substituted.

Like I said before:  poor business practice.  I've always loved Philosophy, but not some of these maneuvers.

@Venezia I totally agree with you, it is bad business practice. It is only going to hurt future purchases from customers.

My AD Philosophy Christmas in July mega duo has been delayed twice.  The problem is not supply because the product is available for purchase in a single format.  The problem is price.  Philosophy has no honor.  QVC fails for not making the vendor fulfill commitments.

Ladies it's not just philosophy not honoring auto ship it's many other QVC vendors. I have had an issue with Jimmy the baker and Cheryl's cookies for example. I go on auto ship, receive one or two and then backorder. It usually ends up being cancelled. And in my opinion it is because the items on auto ship goes up in price and they don't want to honor lower price. For example, Cheryl's cookies...I ordered them at $49 and same items is not $64. So they cancel order.

QVC cancelled my AD 3 times because stock was not available.

I was on AD for Purity for many years.  QVC cancelled it.  I'm back on AD from Christmas 2023, but at a higher price point.
