I have been receiving a set from Philosophy on auto delivery. I received an email stating that it is on back order and may be restocked. Turned on the Q one day last week to see a Big Deal from Philosophy with two of the products from my order in this Big Deal. If they cannot fulfill the auto delivery orders with these products, don't have them in another configuration.
This seems like bad business to me on the part of both QVC and Philosophy. If they can't fulfill orders then don't put them on auto delivery.
I contacted customer service last week and have not heard a word. More bad business. For a company that is hanging by a thread, you should be trying harder to accommodate the customers you do have.

Maybe they don't have the other products in your AD?

Did you email qvcsocialteam@qvc.com?   My experience has been that they usually respond pretty quickly.

See @D Kay

Her post will get you a response.  I have seen it time and time again....better than " customer service."

Re: Philosophy Auto Delivery

@annie57 Whenever I'm getting  a/Philosophy AD possibility, I take it, but I hope when I do that for beauty products or food that the AD is

not sitting for months in QVC's or anyone else's warehouse.  For those categories I rely on getting fresher stock.  In addition, I like being able to skip shipments or just cancel the AD totally.   QVC has yet to cancel any AD I never asked them to end.

I am surprised any companies offer us a fixed price for anything much at all, and I know when I get a variety of products once, the supplying company is responsible for only exactly the original combination later.

I realize day after day that QVC may be a big company in TV shopping, but it's so so much small than the big retailers that if they offered what they do, I believe we'd see more than these Forums on the butcher block..

@Tori3569 @If that is the case, then don't make an auto delivery possible. I would think that they can calculate the amount of product needed to fulfill orders. Companies constantly check inventories. It's just bad business on both companies part.

They also make calculations as to whether continuing those same inventories will be profitable to maintain going forward.  It's possible your particular auto-delivery was not.  They balance possibly losing customers and how much it will cost them to continue on with what could be an unprofitable product run.

@geezerette @If that is the case, then that is a really bad business practice.  Like I said before, icansee why QVC is on a downward spiral!

Re: Philosophy Auto Delivery

I have had problems in recent years with both QVC and HSN auto ship items suddenly no longer being available.  This never used to happen in the past.  I don't understand why they offer this option if they can't guarantee the supply.

They can cancel auto-delivery for any reason.
