PRICE ADJUSTMENT RULE CHANGE UNFIAR TO CUSTOMERS

I was just told about a new rule and I'm so disappointed in QVC-they lost me as a customer. We used to be able to get a price adjustment within 30 days. Now, they have all new rules..you cant get an adjustment if the price goes down in like 10 different "categories" that QVC names them, like one time only, special deals, clearance, lunchtime specials, and more! It's so unfair to us! This not in cuctomers best interest and kinda shady if you ask me. Either give us an adjustment withing 30 days or LOWER THE PRICES in the first place! So, with this change, it's the last straw. They lost me for good.

I don't blame you. I stopped shopping long ago when I had to call to ask for my refund? I'm not shopping any place where I have to call to ask for a refund on a return.

I'm not paying ridiculous prices for things that are not worth the prices on them today.

I agree.  I used to take full advantage of price adjustments when they were offered.  I think I have only done it once since then, when I bought something at full price and then it went to a sale price within 30 days.

 

QVC has so many price points and price names that is absurd.

 

I bought some Sketchers boots recently and then they went to a lunchtime special and are like $12 less.  It is frustrating for sure, as is the Free Shipping, like when it is offered the day after you buy something.

 

Speaking of Free shipping, I heard the hosts say it would end on Sunday night.  Then I heard it would end on Monday night.  I see it is still being offered.  Makes you wonder if they are "flying by the seat of their pants,"

It is very frustrating.  They should put the rules on their website about price adjustments, instead of always saying no.

@LisaLisaD.  If an item says "sale price", you can get an adjustment; about everything else is a big "no".  I just saw a clearance item for $37., that I paid $66 for about 3 weeks ago.  Makes you sick, doesn't it?  Next time I'll wait.

i was definitely not pleased when they implemented this new policy earlier this year, i believe. i had purchased something and it went down about $40. i contacted qvcsocialteam@qvc.com, but could not get the price adjustment. if i wanted it i had to return and purchase again.

I look at it like you win some and you lose some.  Do you call and offer to send some more money if the price goes up?  I look at it that way.

I called and got a price adjustment just 2 days ago.

There's always a lot to be thankful for if you take time to look for it.
For example, I am sitting here thinking how nice it is that wrinkles don't hurt.
