Recently once again experienced outstanding customer service with exchanging something though purchased in october this wasn't the first time customer service exchanging past due of thirty days. I always make sure leave compliments with the company. Important in my opinion acknowledge excellent customer service.

@Nana2158 - If you purchased something in October, you've got until Jan 31st to return or exchange.

@Nana2158 - I'm sure @San Antonio Gal is just trying to be helpful; she is always a kind and thoughtful presence in the forums. And she is correct in this case—the extended holiday return policy went into effect on 9/20. But regardless, I'm glad you got great customer service.
