I have 2 lost packages that have been holding at Cleveland PO SINCE JULY 9. I filed report with them and they cannot find packages anywhere. This is order numbers; sunglasses, Lori Duster. I am out of options and need help what too do. Can you please contact me and help me??? I called customer service QVC and spoke to Dennis he told me to contact post ofice to track them down,so I did now what. The Post Office says there LOST. One oredr placed June30 anf other July3. I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your orders. I've located the order for the duster. There has been no tracking update since 7/9. Would you like a replacement or refund?
I'm unable to locate the sunglasses order. Can you please provide me with the item number?
