Hello CS,

Is there a glitch in the system?  I have been trying to cancel a order I know I placed earlier in a different size same item but for some reason that order is not there and it's been hours.

I did try calling to see if it was able to list it to cancel that way but not there either.

I know this has happened before and I didn't get the usual Q confirmation for the order either.  

Making me think I imaged it all LOL!

@tsavorite  There may be a possible delay with orders showing in the system.

Ok I see I have a Rakuten order# from Q for the order I can't get to on my order status page.  So yes I did place the order LOL hopefully it will soon appear as I need to cancel one of the items in that order.

@tsavorite  Good luck canceling. The orders usually show up in the middle of the night & most are not successful in canceling.

@tsavorite    There's an epidemic.  I've got 3 orders I can't see.  Fortunately, I don't need to cancel anything.

I have an order I cannot see either in Order Status, but my Credit Card was debited the amount.

I thought they only charge you when it shipped ?

It is a hold and then it is billed when shipped...that's how I understand it but you can see it now and yes mine is there.  Just hoping it will soon let me cancel the one item!

Mine not showing and if I can't cancel, I better not get charged.  Please get a better Internet service QVC.
