Why is the order status not getting updated when the order ships?

My order status is list as processing but I just received the package.

Very little on tracking is accurate.  It's entered by the shippers. Just thank your lucky stars that you got it.

I called CS yesterday for a price adjustment on an item I just received. CS said that they could not give me the adjustment because it shows in process.  The woman said too this was happening a lot.  Showing in process, but already delivered.

This just happened to me twice.

My order went fromn"in process" to "preparing your order". 

It arrived yesterday No idea it was shipped. No tracking until after it was delivered.

Happened to me too! So does this mean we get a freebe? lol

Same here. Gertting package and they still showing as processing your order. Customer Service gives a "No Answer" answer when I contacted them. Don't know what is happening to the Q lately. Also orders are taking forever to ship.
