Order Not Going Through on Website

Words fail me.  Every day it is something else with this webiste.  I placed 3 orders and they are not showing up.  Called CS and they did not see them either.  I had to order again through CS as there is something wrong with the website.  What the heck is going on over there?  This is the worst website of any company I have ever dealt with.  I have been a customer since day 1.  Cannot check an order using an order number, cannot get into my A-D, cannot go back to the previous page on my order status, have to start all over again.  I just cannot understand how a multi-billion company runs like this.

I had this happen to me several months ago.  I placed an order through the Q website but it did not show up so after waiting a couple hours I called CS and they didn’t see it either.  So they recommended I place another order which I did. I received a confirmation e-mail right away for that order.  The next morning I wake up and there is a confirmation e-mail for the first order I placed.  I contacted CS but they couldn’t cancel one of the orders so I ended up with two and had to return one (CS did credit me for the return fee).  So I learned my lesson not to reorder if the order confirmation doesn’t show up right away.

I placed 2 orders this morning and they showed up right away.

 

Sometimes the system is delayed, but if you do get a duplicate, just contact the moderators to return at no cost to you.

I also placed an order this morning with no problem.

Just now I placed and order and did not see anything.

I thought maybe I did not complete the process so I placed another order for the same item.  This time the the order page showed that it had accepted my order,  but I did not write down the order number.  Went to see the order and found nothing.  Called cust service and she did not see anything on their side.  I will be following up on this and hopefully it will be fixed today.

Update,  I just checked and both orders are now showing. I tried to cancel one,  but it did not show cancelled.  I am just going to keep checking as it seems it is just very slow today.

It is 7:00 pm over here and I checked my orders again.  Sure enough, my orders are in duplicate.  Luckily I was able to cancel them.  I was checking on and off all day and did not see the duplicates until now.  What a mess.
