No longer receiving TSV info or show notices - Page 5

September 22 was the last time I logged into QVC.com to order the WEN TSV.

AFAIK, there is nothing on the order screens that ask about emails, are there?

@Beth-QVC I'm getting the TSV emails again.

I have a question about the Insider. I can't find my original post from a few weeks ago about this. I think someone went into my account to fix it so that I can start receiving the paper copy. I used to be able to go in through and old link Todd sent me. When I go in now, the software has changed and I can no longer find the Archive to find the latest issue.

Can someone fix my account so that I get the email? I understand the email came out already but I didn't receive it. When the Insider first went away for everyone who wasn't a subscriber, I was still getting the email and the paper copy and then they stopped. Todd couldn't figure out why and just sent me the link.

It looks like your preferences was the cause of the TSV Emails not being sent. They have all been set to go out now. Please let us know if there is still a problem. It might take a few days for the emails to cycle thru but definitely let us know. Susan Q-Social

Glad you are getting the TSV info now...the email containing the link for the digital copy of the InsideQ comes out every month approx. the 15th so we missed it this month. Will ensure you get it next month.

I was receiving emails with 5 days of TSV's and such. I only receive an occassional email now. Is there some way I can get the insider emails? Thank you in advance.
