            @KitTkat,   The absence of the "s" at the end of "http" plus the unusual use of "qa." in the URL lead me to believe that link goes to a less-secure "quality assurance" (or other) section of the server, perhaps an area being used for alpha or beta testing and only accessible by those with specific permissions.   

            I looked at the "qa.qvc" website info and it's related to "akamaiedge.net" which is a service that's supposed to improve access and distribution across the servers.   In this case, it seems they're not exactly helping us out.   Also, it appears it's not related to our device or software -- it's related to the server to which the site randomly directs us.   

            A quick-and-dirty way to fix it...  if you get that link, look at it in the address bar at the top of the screen, remove the "qa." portion (be sure to remove the letters and the period after them), and it will allow you to see the program guide.

           In other words, what you want to use is:

https://www.qvc.com/content/programguide.html

            When the QVC Social Team reports this, they might want to tell IT support that some of the menu choices on the website randomly are misdirecting some users to the wrong location.   This is just more unprofessional nonsense on the part of QVC's web design/management associate, and it's careless programming, in my opinion, and easily corrected.

Hi @Snoopp @dooBdoo @hennypenny @Alison Wonderland @Kachina624 I am so sorry you are still experiencing difficulty. I checked, however we are not experiencing any issues with the Program Guide at this time. Please try clearing your cookies and changing browsers to see if that helps. I will report your issues to our IT Department.

Thanks @dooBdoo!!! I have no expertise in all those letters after the http! That was interesting information. Today I have access to the program guide, so maybe it's fixed already!
