I understand mistakes happen but...  I have chilled with my QVC shopping because orders were not right, not as expected,lost orders, etc. I broke down and bought a turquoise ring for a birthday present received it today, yep WRONG ring! Called CS told return it (duh) check on the form what you want done and when we receive it if we have what you want in stock we will send it out. No apology and by the time they process my exchange if STILL have it in stock get it to me it is NOW a very LATE birthday present! Atleast I know what to expect at Christmas time!

I have to agree that Customer Service has really slipped over the last few years.  I have been shopping QVC since 1986 and up until the last ten years or so they were the best.  Now it is a game of chance if Your order is going to be right or even process at all.
