Try going to Items Recently on Air from the home page. Scroll all the way down on the left side until you come to the Program Guide. That's what works for me.

You provided no system info nor stated what the error message says for Q's IT dept to help you. CS needs something to give to their IT dept. That being said.....
Are you using a computer or mobile device?
If computer, Mac or PC?
Which OS are you using - comp?
Which iOS are you using - mobile device?
Which browser & version are you using?
Have you tried switching browsers?
Tried restarting?
FWIW... I am one of many that has no issues w/the program guide...

I am using a Samsung Galaxy smartphone, Chrome, and that is the message I received trying to access the program guide.

Have you tried using the program guide's PDF link from InsideQ?

@Snoopp, when it goes wonky like that i just type in Program Guide in the search bar.
That always works, regardless if I'm on phone or tablet.

@Mz iMac I've actually never looked at Inside Q, so I didn't know there was another link. To be honest, I don't regularly view the program guide, I was just showing the IT department and those that were interested what the message said.

I'm using a Samsung tablet and have had no trouble accessing the program guide. When i do have a problem with Q, I switch to a different browser, which almost always solves the problem.

This happens to me when I try to access the Program Guide from the forums. When I switch to QVC.com instead of Community.qvc.com, it works fine. They need to fix the something on the forum site.
I'm using a Dell laptop with Windows 10 and Google Chrome, but it also happens in Internet Explorer 11.

I have access denied. I am on a mac with latest os.
Called customer service. Very nice man tried to help. telling me to reboot that he had done something to fix.
No such luck.
It is getting to be more difficult to navigate and order.
