@NicksmomESQ Good Morning, I just wanted to follow up with you regarding the request. As of today I show no activity, do you want to give it a bit more time, if not I can issue a partial refund so you can keep the glasses?  Unfortunately the only other option is to return for a full refund.

People have to understand there is no warehouse or service center for these lines that are made overseas.  Just about everything is now days.

@NicksmomESQ   I have issued a refund back to the original pay.  I am sorry we were unable to get you a replacement case for the defective one you received.
