Shout Out to Beth!

I just wrote a post about items ordered that were not showing up under my order status.  Beth just called me at home and she will look into this for me.  This is what I call amazing customer service.  Thank you Beth - you are the best!!

ValuSkr:  Yes.  As mentioned in my post, Beth just called me at home.  I was so surprised and so impressed.
